Weeks (44-49) - Acknowledge how distractions, like binge-watching old TV shows, became a coping mechanism but added mental clutter.

  • Everything feels easier when things go as planned, but it becomes far more chaotic when they don’t. I found myself easily distracted by everything happening around me and spent too much time indulging in old TV shows, which only added to the clutter in my mind. My mental health took a hit, and despite working a lot, I wasn’t truly productive. I struggled to take proper notes, had some financial crunches and one of the significant setbacks was my website— I felt bad for not having the mental energy to pay and back it up.

  • This week has been good however. I enjoy the work I do, and the past two weeks have been great with the teams. I’m steadily growing more confident in my leadership roles.

  • With all the changes happening around the world, I still hold on to hope. This is a time for unity, and I believe we can move toward a better society. Thejesh's notes were comforting.

  • Tars has been my anchor through it all, and our twice-daily walks, each lasting about an hour, have become some of my favourite moments these days. Whether it’s his excitement during our walks or the way he looks at me with those big, trusting eyes, he has a way of lifting my spirits no matter how tough the day has been.

  • I am currently on my way to the US and will be working from there for the month. My emotions are a bit off, but I’m hopeful things will settle once I get there.
