I’ve been feeling unwell on and off, not fully recovered from cough, but I didn’t want my health to be a roadblock to posting notes. That said, I’ve gathered a lot of them and have also been quite productive in the last couple of weeks.

Work & Personal projects
Work is now in a stable state after an extended period of busyness. Once I fully recover from my illness, I hope to contribute more actively.
I built a WhatsApp bot service to manage contacts in my database. Using Twilio’s sandbox, it connects with my WhatsApp and a simple Node.js server queries my database to fetch contact lists. This eliminates the need to store every number on my phone. Soon, I plan to transition to CouchDB
I worked on a mini bot using arduino and I named her CASE. I eventually want her to be able to automate plant watering and log weather data. I should be able to showcase the working model soon.
I have listed some of my personal goals in my blog. Sharing them publicly keeps me more accountable.
I’ve started learning piano at Phillips Piano Academy in Koramangala. Had my first lesson today, and I don’t mind starting late—I’m quite excited! I never knew how to read musical notes, but now I can read a few.
I recently hosted an impromptu astronomy session in my apartment to observe star alignments. The moment I set up the telescope in the ground, a crowd gathered. Fortunately, we were able to spot Mars, even though my equipment is old. I’m considering upgrading my lens soon to be able to track more planets and do Astrophography.

Friends
Met some of my close friends during Aarthy’s wedding and later caught up with Fazal. It felt great to reconnect after a long time.
Bobby suggested to consciously provide feedback on Instagram reels instead of passively consuming them. This has helped declutter my feed significantly.
A few kids, around 10 years old, visit us often to write stories—one about a vampire and another about a dog. They also come to play with Tars, and we often chat about storytelling with ice-cream and milkshakes. It’s been happening for a few weeks now, and I really enjoy their visits.

Others
Hemanth is more of a Cat person and he considered taking back a street cat from Chennai, but we decided against it. Relocating wouldn’t be ideal, as the cat is content in its natural habitat with a stable routine and food sources.
Haven’t had time to clean the house or organize clothes, but I plan to get to done soon. An additional step to de-clutter my wardrobe.
If a friend or someone I know sings, I find myself enjoying the song even more. One of my friends has a lovely voice, and I’ve been listening to some of her playlists lately.
Krish Ashok invited me to join the Masala Lab Pro WhatsApp group through an exclusive members-only channel. I’m really excited for the insightful conversations ahead.
Although dealing with frequent illness, I was able to manage to stay engaged till now.
